We test purposefully after our visit to make sure we are tailoring care to you. We review the labs extensively at your follow ups to ensure you understand what is happening in your body.  

This may include: hormone testing, full thyroid testing, iron panel, inflammatory markers, metabolic disease screening with insulin, glucose, and a1c, vitamin and nutrient testing, plus many more.

Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, struggling with postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause, we can tailor a hormone regimen to treat your symptoms with all or a combination of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

We do send traditional prescriptive medications that may be non-hormonal as needed based on care plan.

SIBO, H. Pylori, gut microbiome changes, and chronic dysbiosis can occur at any stage of life. We use testing to get you real answers to take the guesswork out of symptom management.

We use directed supplementation for specific nutrient deficiencies identified in the diet or bloodwork. We do not use supplements without evidence to support its clinical use.

Diet needs vary person to person. Sometimes hormone changes require us to reevaluate our diet to optimize our health and hormone cycling.
